First game back? It was his second ODI, his debut was in Perth on Sunday and he has been in decent form for Queensland and Australia A of late and was second in the runs in the 24/25 One Day Cup.

Does that indicate the national selectors view him as next cab off the rank after Boland? I would've thought there were better options, but I suppose it gives him the opportunity to bowl the house down in the last Shield game before the First Test.
