Geezus Jim, is there anyone you follow that doesn't cheat in some form?

If you want to go quickly, go alone.
If you want to go far, go together.

BUMP
What a weird season we're having.
Defeat the Panthers twice but lose to the bottom side and second bottom side!
What the hell's going on? As of tonight we sit 5th but hardly convincing.
I know one thing, if we get the Panthers in the finals they will be very nervous.

Needed that one last night. Good to beat the Silvertails and end their season. Real tough run home though and I’d be amazed if we win more than 1 or 2gadj1976 wrote:BUMP

Amazing news to the season to pinch a spot in the top 4.

I've brainwashed my son to be an Eels supporter and we both sat and watched the game tonight. Just an amazing end to the season.
Bring on Penrith next week!

Re: the home of the blue and gold army
From what I've seen of us this season, we're a real Jekyll and Hyde set up. We seem to bully some teams and cave in against others - much like we did last week.
Of those teams we've succumbed to, they fall into two categories - the 'ordinary' teams (Titans, Tigers) and then teams we play badly to in the slippery conditions (Cowboys).
Given the next game is against them up there, I suspect we could go one of two ways. We'll get flogged, or we'll win. Which Eels team will turn up?

Hey Jim, believe it or not, we are off to regional NSW on Thursday for a wedding. The wedding party have told us we're going to an after wedding party at 4pm on Sunday - by crikey there had better be a decent screen there!

I took to supporting Penrith after being in Blaxland for a wedding in August 1991, I listened to West belt Port in the Elimination final on the flight over. After winning 3 in a row we figured we'd get back for more finals action!
Penrith $1.39
Others $3.00

Already done some groundwork and looking like about 120 bars in Hanoi will be showing it. Starts at 4:30pm and we land at about 11:30am so plenty of time to get to the hotel and get readygadj1976 wrote:Hey Jim, believe it or not, we are off to regional NSW on Thursday for a wedding. Well how quickly things change. 2022 GF'ists, down to this. What a shemozzle of a club we are.

Daly Cherry Evan’s to leave Manly at seasons end
Hasn’t decided if he will retire or play somewhere else.

If he comes to Parra I’d seriously think about having a year or two away from the club

Surely he'd go home if he was going to play anywhere else?
