The Enduro at the bend, then Bathurst.
I like the finals idea especially Adelaide being the GF kinda.
Sandown is now a single driver race run over 2 days. Much like how Adelaide operates.

Interesting that Sandown could be spared from redevelopment as a new president has been elected to the MRC and is pro motor racing.

Absolute carnage during qualifying at turn 8 … Stanaway, Hill and then Reynolds all crash at nearly the same spot literally one after the other.

Plus a couple of nasty crashes yesterday in the supports. The barriers nearly got breached on both those incidents, surely some remediation effort required to increase safety in those locations.

Not surprising when you consider WAU is going to Toyota next year and GM seemingly not committing to a Camaro successor after killing it last year.

DJR get a sore arse out of it but they’re no match for the might of Triple Eight.

Interesting start to the season

Race 1, 26 laps, Waters (Tickford Mustang) wins by 17 seconds
Race 2 52 laps Waters wins by 0.03 of a second after being 9 seconds behind with 8 laps to go
Race 3 52 laps Only 4 laps in and Waters 2 seconds in front

Waters clean sweeps all 3 races in Sydney, brilliant effort.

Yesterday’s finish was something else, pipping Feeney on the finish line.

Just saw the last 10 laps of today, they were skating on slicks in the wet at the end.

Seen it all now, seen everything you could imagine at Bathurst animal wise

Albert Park, 4 ducks decide to waddle across the track with 23 Supercars travelling at 225kph,  then just stop in the middle of the track, all survived, some great evasive driving by all

Vailo is no longer the naming rights sponsor of the Adelaide 500.

No surprises there, was only a matter of time.
