Electric Shaver or Razor Blades?

Shave stick and brush,new razor every third shave,shave every day of the working week.

Costs me lots,but shaving every day does help.First few weeks it is no fun,but once in the routine I think it helps.

Bump, but I'm doing a Punky and asking specifically about heads now.
Been going the no1 for a while but I have now gone the full shaved head (as my hair grows too quick in some areas and not in others) and considering upkeeping it with one of the skull shavers that Pit Bull, Remington, etc have.
They look easier to use than a traditional shaver but a more traditional one would also be handy as I could do skull and face.
What do other "baldies" use and recommend?

I've got an Andis pro that the kids gave me a few years ago for Fathers Day, changed the foils and blades once in 4 years. They are just starting to lose their ability to hold charge but they do get used every day and I mean, every day.


My barber daughter when I asked her what she recommends tells me these are the go.

I did too, as you can see above I was still using the brush and soap.

I was always dubious about the closeness of the electric and in the years gone by they were angry devices that ripped more than shaved, can say though the new ones are pretty good. I reckon the ones my daughter uses you'd be hard pressed to work out if it was a blade or electric shave.

They give me a close shave and skin feels good afterwards.

Just tried it out and it works sensationally, better than expected and so easy to use.
Only thing that would make it perfect would be if it did my face too.
