Computer Motherboard and CPU cooler

Gigabyte B550 Aorus Pro Ax (Revision 1) Ryzen AM4 motherboard, works with 3000,4000,5000 series AMD Ryzen CPUs.
Used until last week when I upgraded to an X570S board. Works perfectly well, used for 18 months or so.Running on latest BIOS and comes with all the original accessories, less the fan adaptor cable which I can't find, so I will chuck in 2 extra SATA cables in lieu.
Note: This is a bare motherboard, no cpu, no RAM, no HDD/SSD.
I'm thinking $160 is more than reasonable

Also a new Coolermaster Hyper 212 LED Turbo CPU cooler (comes with 2 fans).
I can't remember when or why I bought this, never been used but top of box is torn so I must of mucked around with it at some point. Mounting hardware for both Intel and AMD processors. Included AMD mounting is pretty ordinary so I will chuck in an updated mounting bracket as pictured.
This cooler would work well with the above MB. $60 for the cooler or $200 for both items.
