Has anyone on here had their Hormone levels checked? I've been reading up a bit lately on the effects of Testosterone and Cortisol levels. From the information I've seen so far it's a common issue for blokes say 30+ years of age to have lower than ideal T levels. Im new to all this stuff, but it seems like the key is reducing C-Levels, yet Cortisol still has some good purpose and T-shots or injections can have a detrimental effect on the Heart.
Would love to hear from anyone thats more across this stuff than I am.
