My account has gone haywire

About a month ago I ceased being able to read SAfooty. I kept getting an error message:

SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Can't find record in 'phpbb_topics_track' [1032]

This went on for 4 weeks.

After a while, when it became apparent to me that other users were still browsing SAfooty quite happily, I discovered that I could load individal fora by specifying the precise URL in the address bar, for example

However I still cannot load up the front page or the general talk forum, i.e. either of these:

and probably several others.

WTF is going on?

I have emailed admin@safooty.net with no reply. I tried registering a new account but this remains unactivated. Is anybody at home?

All is working again. I can see the front page and navigate down to the General Talk board again.
