With a secret question to answer for proof of ID.

Having been locked out for a few days and reverting to a previous password to log on, I found it impossible to contact anyone.

Thoughts please.

Good idea Dog_ger.

After changing my E-mail address a couple of years ago I had to wait ages to get back on here, I fully understand it takes time but it absolutely killed me! I had withdrawls lol. I had to get Bazza1 to remind Diss to allow me to ge back on.

Some good questions and points dogger.

1) you can have only one working safooty.net password, you can't revert back to any previous password, you simply must have finally put in the password that is linked to your account.

2) if you have a look at the top of this feedback forum you can see a topic "New and Potential Members Please Note", our email (admin@safooty.net) is in there, we also sent you an email when you first joined the site from our admin@safooty.net email. You can email it anytime, myself, Dutchy and Diss constantly monitor it and reply to emails sent to it.

3) You can leave a message on our facebook page at anytime and one of us usually gets back to you within minutes, just put safooty.net in the search part of facebook, like us and you'll have a permanent link to us. We also have a twitter account you can contact if preferable.

4) If you ever do forget your password, simply click on the "I forgot my password" link, it will send you an email with instructions on how to get back on. It too is sent from the email admin@safooty.net
