WTF its a joke, make them play 5 or take a pay cut. No way should guys going over 6 hours get the same as the women's which went for an hour

My wife works part time - 3 days a week. The quality of her work is of the same standard as anyone else in her teams and they work 5 days. If I went to her employer and said that she should have equal pay - the same as someone who works 5 days, they'd lock me up and call for the ambulance and one of those jackets that ties up at the back.

Tell the women, that if they play 3/5ths of a full match (which they do in major tournaments) then they deserve 3/5ths of the purse. End of story.
