Valley better this week but beaten by Flinders Park. SHOC won again after good battle with Imperials.
SHOC and Flinders now certain finalists. Both two wins ahead of others with one round to go.

Would it be fair to label Happy Valley the West Indies of SFL football. Just like the Calypso Kings they are forgoing their largely successful history in the longer format of the game to concentrate on this "Rock 'n' Roll" version of the game.

Have the Valley Vikings won a game yet?

Valley finally cracked one --- knocked over Imperials by a couple of points.
Flinders Park beat SHOC and play them again in this week's Final.\

Was actually a good night out there. Weather was perfect having a couple of quiet ales and watching the boys play.
Saw quite a few A grade boys watching, so the Valleys can only get stronger.

The AFL must have thought this was such a good idea they'd take it on board :)

Word is that 20/20 footy may not eventuate again this year. Mainly because a lack of volunteers to coordinate and organised the event along with a strain on those who ar currently involved. such a shame.

I for one loved the whole 20/20 concept. It was great from a spectator point of view to be able to go down on a warm friday night with a couple of beers and get a taste of footy before any other footy was being played. Will be sorely missed if true...

Forgive me for not going through the 7 pages or so on 20/20 but could someone please message me a run down of the rules as it sounds like it would be a bit of fun and a nice transition back into footy season. Any ideas on scheduling matches would be appreciated. If it was to be done in the country preventing the clash with summer sports would be a major concern as would lighting and travelling. There is potential perhaps for a weekend carnival format closer to the regular season if it proves too difficult to be done over a few weeks late Feb/early March. Anyway to those involved it sounds like your initiative has paid off so good work and I hope it continues.

Lets see if we can get enough interest (or people who will still attend) for this to be run again!
