My wife and I are looking at a driving trip through Ireland and Wales later this year. The plan is to fly into Dublin, stay a few days to do the Red bus tours there then take off in a hire car. We plan to return the car to Dublin then ferry to northern Wales get another car there and potter around for a few weeks.
I've done a bus tour of Ireland in the past and then drove around the UK, but my new wife has never been to those places. Our trip to the UK together a few years ago was to more major areas like London, Penzance, Oxford, Essex, York, and Fort William.
Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch is of course on the agenda! I've been there but she has not!
