Was a bin everyday of the week.

You could see the Storm player looking at him and was gonna stop him, but he got stopped beforehand.
I think the NRL do things a lot better than AFL in some areas and this is one where AFL are made to look like amateurs.

Any minor round game and anyone not called Reece Walsh sits down for 10 minutes.

Considering Hudson Young got 10 minutes in the bin for picking on him in the first week of the finals, I'm not surprised little Reece got to stay on the park

Fantastic to hear.
$250k from the scum and we will block him until the price is right.
Couldn’t care less if he sits outs of the game

Saw a comment somewhere that the Storm should have been made to throw in their 2009 replica trophy as well

I'm stoked about the Lomax saga. I really thought we'd cave in and worse still, he'd front up against us this week.

Sometimes clubs need to make a stand, which we've done. Thank goodness!

It is a great outcome, too many times contracts are broken by players, looking for greener pastures.

Lomax broke his contract at St George Illawarra because he thought he was a centre but the coach though otherwise (so did NSW & Australian selectors, btw).

Now he breaks this contract, chasing the R360 dollars, and when that falls over he wants to go to the salary cap cheats for three fifths of bugger all.

Yeah, nah.

The only disappointment is that the conversations and emails between the Storm and NRL will never see the light of day now.

Wonder what Lomax will do now and whether his teammates will be happy if he decides to play out his contract

Storm and hiding important documents, name a more iconic duo

North Sydney and manly AKA the Northern Eagles....

or for those that were part of the RLW Supporters Club back in the day: Neville Wran and Kevin Humphries... ;)

Clearly amateurs, never had premierships taken off them

I dont know forcing a State Premier to resign, precipitating a royal Commission and putting a Chief Magistrate in jail. All thanks to Roy Masters' little brother....

I agree. That's been overshadowed somewhat. The fact that the Storm asked the NRL to put pressure on us to get it done, should be investigated in itself. But it won't cos it's the Storm.

Panthers have won 26-0 over the Premiers, 26-6 over the prelim finalists and 40-4 over the Chooks.

Dynasty isn't over.

All three of those opponents started the season in the top 6 of premiership betting, many had picked a Roosters v Broncos GF.

Read an article on the weekend that said grand finals aren't won in March, but Panthers fans could probably start picking where they want to sit.

We should have put 40 on the board in round one, ball handling was really sloppy, but Friday's game was excellent, they picked their target in Sam Walker and were relentless in their pursuit of him.

Blaize Talagi has come on in leaps and bounds and could make the NSW train on squad, as could Casey McLean, Billy Phillips looks like an Isaah Yeo clone, and Tom Jenkins is keeping a multiple premiership winning international on the bench.

This is before you get to Cleary, Yeo, Edwards, To'o, Martin, Leota etc, etc, etc.
