Hes a solid fella, won the B grade medal a few years ago i believe, too good of a footballer to waste in B grade

Yeah, agreed handy up forward as well.

That's what I was thinking about the players that are left, if you're A grade quality, are you sticking around to play B grade?

They let Ironbank have 3 in the Sat comp last year, so precedent has been set

Shoes never fielded a U17.5 team in 2022 or 2023 either

McLaren got up by about 4 goals over Flaggies on Saturday, was even at three quarter time.

Looked to be a few out from both sides but a good hit out all the same.

Ok, lets see how Rd 1 goes...

Ironbank v M-Vale, not 100% but will go with Ironbank in a close one.

Pot Noarlunga v Reynella, thinking Reynella is an improver and will get the chocolates in this one.

H-Valley v Aldinga, going to be a long day for the sharks.

Flagstaff v Cove, Flaggies comfortably after an even start.

C-Beach v Bye, will win comfortably :)

Agree with all of that. Be interesting to see what whispers that have come from Porties turn out to be true, besides announcing Murphy, they've given nothing away.

Only 7 from last year's grand final team and a heap of kids in, what's going on at Portie$?

Surely Murphy hasn't taken all of the salary sombrero?

Only rumor about Port Noarlunga is a good result in a trial game maybe against Victor? Game of the round

Five from five, great tipping!

Think the weather saved Aldinga, was miserable all day at Flagstaff Hill, kept the game close though. Think I heard the Falcons had 60 inside 50s, wind, rain & Cove's backline did well to keep it down.

Great to see the dickhead mentality thriving at Cove still. They should rebrand as the Cockroaches, that shit will survive a nuclear holocaust!!

I think Valleys are the flag favourites, then you could throw a blanket over Reynella, Flagstaff Hill and Portie$ as to who makes the GF.

Christies & Cove will be fighting it out for 5th spot.

Emus v Cockledivers - Good game to see if Emus have improved/Cockledivers have got worse. Less than 120 points is a good result for the Emus
Wineflines v Vikings - GF preview? Vikings in a close one
Sharks v Falcons. Falcons in a walkover
Cobras v Saints - game of the round becuase the league cant have Wineflies in game of the round 2 weeks in a row. Big game for finals with Saints taking the chocolates
