not sure Ive seem a team so dominant in a first quarter but completely butcher the ball going forward. 16-4 inside 50's at 1/4 time.South should have been 3-4 goals in front at quarter time. All Norwood after that.

South remain Norwood's bunnies. As stated above, failed to convert early dominance into goals. The second term was an easily forgettable rugby maul, before the Legs put the game to rest in the third.
Missing Skinner, who may have been able to at least compete with the likes of Francis. He and other Norwood defenders did as they pleased with minimal pressure applied by the South forwards.
Arlo Draper, Seamus Mitchell, Kyle Marshall, Oliver Davis, Arie Schoenmaker named best.
Rokahr a class above others.
A very ho-hum start to the season.

Woeful. It felt like Norwood was beating us by 150+ points at times. The scoreline is very flattering.

Odd isnt it, apart from the third quarter it seemed to me South were the slicker side with good running and handball and marking forwards.

It was Aaron Francis who kept marking it in our forward line.

Harry Boyds injury now a TBC.
Obviously more serious than originally thought.

It’s a 12 week injury just as was reported right from the outset.

Yes, as I said last week my source was from very high up at the Club. The hand injury is normally an eight week lay off, but because he is a physio and his hands are his profession, he needs to take the full 12 weeks off. Not great for Norwood that’s for sure
