I've never really been able to drink much water on a daily basis but I was recently pursuaded to take up a 2 litre per day challenge.
Been going strong for about 3 weeks with it, even to the point I've had the same can of Lemon and Mango Solo sitting in the fridge at work.
The downside is that I have to walk past customer service to get to the toilet, I am copping it daily as I'm nearly wearing out a path in the carpet to the toilet, I must be pissing 10 times a day.
I've noticed the benefits already though, I think this is going to stay.
