Been reading a few fan pages about it, some think it's a payback for Ramos situation, can't understand why we'd leave it till one minute to go, must of expected an issue, De Gea wants to go, get rid of him and get some money surely?

Read today since LVG came on board we'd bought 11 players and lost 26... Only 6 players remain from 2013 side under ferguson...

Real has had all summer to give us a decent offer and then wait until the last day to give us an acceptable offer. Navas flew to England and did his medical, when that came back ok we lodged papers. I think Real are playing funny buggers, they offered De Gea a £10m bonus if he stays until Jan and then walks for free

Sounds like Real didnt even bother to lodge the papers.
Could face a trade ban if found guilty

Get it right. He only wants £600,000 a week

Worth every cent of it.
I'd be more than happy for United to stump up that for him

maybe to some clubs who could afford him. Its well known that we dont break the transfer barriers in the windows so there would be no way that wenger would allow that much to be spent on one player at Arsenal . Stupid amount IMO. Yes, best player in the world for sure.
No way we could afford him. But the rumour has stated he has snubbed the mancs teams for us

. Maybe half that amount of what he is asking then i am sure wenger would talk

Interest from Everton and Liverpool apparently for Jack Butland. Surely he has sparked more interest than just those two. I really hope we can hold onto him. He'll be England's number 1 before the end of the season...

Too old! And he was on the outer late last year i reckon too and lucky to stay on the list but has made somewhat of a resurgence and holds the number 1 spot. Certainly past his best though. Who's the backup at Everton?
I would assume that Butland will attract plenty of offers considering he's still only 22 and has probably been the in the best couple keepers in the league this term so far.

Tim Howard is 36 and will be 37 at the end of this premier league season. The guy has been great since leaving Man Utd and coming to Everton but I do agree he is starting to fall off the PL pace and has been subject to a fair bit of criticism of late. I think the only thing keeping him in the number 1 spot at the moment is that we have Joel Robles as the back up keeper and he has struggled despite having a couple of decent games.
Everton definitely need to start looking for a new number 1 to replace Tim after this season.

There's a rumour that Chelsea are going to throw 20 million pounds at Spurs for Dembele.
