Driver at depot:

"I got no 43's photo again, do you want me to put it up in the hall of shame, like the others?"

Other drivers (chanting):

"Do it, DO IT, DO IT! YAAAAAYYYYYYY!"

It's the ones who leave "sorry we missed you" cards when they've made no attempt to leave it that really shit me...
The AUS Post delivery guy delivers ours at 6am and rings the doorbell

A mate has his Mrs and 3 adult daughters at home, he's actually had his Aus Post delivery driver in for a beer late in the day he knows his that well.

It’s annoying no doubt but if a signature isn’t needed then it’s not a requirement to knock or contact the receiver
To be clear, they don't leave the package there, they tell me that they missed me (e.g. leave a note or send an e-mail etc.), and take it back to the post office eventually, which is extremely annoying in cases where I was home at the time.

Im on the couch yesterday, ice machine on with knee all strapped up, door knock "delivery", made the call to not even attempt to make it to the door, presuming it was one of the hand brake's purchases and they would leave it in the porch, would have had to undo the strapping, get off couch, hobble on the walking frame, get up 2 steps before I could even get to the door. He then yells out 2 more times, never seen one of these guys be so persistent. I stayed the course, ended up being our renewed passports, now have to collect in person at the local PO and I can't get someone to pick up on my behalf

Easy install, no wiring just pop them off and recharge as required. You can pay a subscription to store footage, goes back 72 hours I believe but I haven't bothered with that yet.

Got one watching the front, one watching the back, door bell inside.

I recommend EUFY for doorbell cams. You don't have to pay a subscription. It beams the footage back to a 'homebase' you plug into your router, and that saves a lot of footage, not sure how far back, but possibly weeks' worth. Also means that if something happens to your doorbell, you have the footage.

Delivery people seem to be allergic to using it though.
