I would've left Starc out. We should have an idea in a couple of hours whether that proves the right decision.

Great to see they transported the pitch from Karen Rolton Oval over to England.
Balls not even carrying through to the keeper in the first over

Can’t recall seeing such a dry wicket on day one of a test in Pommie Land.

This will be a dead set grind.

Bit to much of an exaggeration there Jim, those Pakistan wickets were the flattest wickets I've ever seen. This is a road no doubt but nothing compares to them. Think you might miss starc looking at this pitch and we will miss Wood. Can't see how we take 20 poles on this.

Not sure Starc record on what would be considered flat wickets is anything to get to excited about.
